this program was developed by w. lackner for his thesis “cellular morphological and physiological studies on the motility of a selected flagellated protist (protozoon odoceium)”. this thesis was published in danish thingbogen in 2011. the program was revised by g&l, who extended it with a few new functions for visualizing the solar antennae. the original insetfedpatchantennacalculator does contain some functions that are not used in the new version. please contact the authors for more information.

if set, creates an ipdf file containing the result. if set to stdout the result is printed to stdout. if set to --, stdout will be set to the ipdf file instead of the file that would otherwise get created.
