Creating a Photoshop file
Photoshop is a digital photo editing program. Photoshop saves images as either.dng or.psd files, both of which are file types that Adobe created. (Since Adobe Photoshop CS8,.dng is the default file type for saving images.) These file types allow Photoshop to store the image in a standardized file format that’s easy to find, open, and edit.
By default, your images are saved in Photoshop’s.psd format, which is a Photoshop extension format (or extension for short) that’s similar to the.png file format. (When you download a new version of Photoshop and open your files, you have the option to toggle between the.psd and the.png file formats.) By storing the image as a.psd file, you can open the files in the latest version of Photoshop and change the layer settings, use layer composites, and more. By storing the file as a.png file, you can open the file in any version of Photoshop without losing any of the edits you made. Because the.psd files are typically more complicated to work with, and the.png file is more versatile, you’re probably better off using a.png file type.
Here are some of the options you have for the.psd file format:

How to create a new Visual Studio.csproj file and add an existing project
I tried to add my existing project to the new, empty project. It work until I said I want to update the existing project so I can work with a newer version.
(The existing project is already compiled).
I get the following error:
The solution I have contains two projects:
I decided to create a new project with the same directory structure and add all files of the existing project.
The solution is:
I renamed the mainApp.csproj to new mainApp.csproj and copy/past a xml file(last version of mainApp.csproj) from the existing project.
I haven’t any project solution file, I’m using Visual Studio 2015
and I don’t want to use TFS.
I have no idea what is the reason for it, but I decided to do the following:
I’ve copied everything needed to the new mainApp.csproj, then I’ve created a new.sln, containing one project mainApp (derived from the copied project) and one solution mainApp.csproj (derived from mainApp.csproj).
It’s done, now the solution, project and files structure is the same as in the original.
Binding of specific ligand to enzymes is an important step in the generation of many bioactive molecules. Often, the nature of the enzyme may limit the types of ligands which may be immobilized to it. The present proposal is designed to increase the range of ligands which may be immobilized to and retained in the active sites of immobilized enzymes. The new ligands are based upon a key feature of the active site of enzymes; the tetrahedral nature of the metal ion. Chemical means will be used to introduce ligands into the active sites of immobilized and free enzymes. The approach is to prepare a series of ligands and to analyze each of them for catalytic activity. If catalytically active, the ligand will be immobilized to the active site of the enzyme, usually to a metal ion. A procedure which will be evaluated for enzymes which have had their active site blocked will be developed. The immobilized enzymes will be characterized for binding strength

Pony in the Rain
Pony in the Rain is a 1958 black and white Warner Bros. cartoon animated musical comedy made by Chuck Jones.
This is the first of a series of Jones’ talkie cartoon musicals starting with the Academy Award-winning animation Make Mine Music (1961). The film also featured the first appearances of the Tex Avery characters: skunk Peter Pettinger and his girl, Bunny.
A bubbly pony and his girl come across a couple of rotund sumo wrestlers in a golf cart, who explain the game is to toss the ball into the paddles to make it go. The pony and girl pass on the opportunity, instead swimming in the pond. After noticing the “bad” wrestlers have their hands in the “ugly spot,” they call the police. When the police arrive, they try to catch the wrestlers, who succeed in jumping into the pond and are immediately swamped, walloped by the pony and his girl, and end up farting to themselves.
Meanwhile, the pony and girl, satisfied with their day, call their parents and go home. When the pony’s family arrives, he tells of the day’s adventure, insisting the wrestling match was rigged. Mrs. Boober, the mother, notes the use of swearing and taunting of the wrestling troupe by the pony. The pony then admits he had a date.
Chuck Jones admitted to animating the short as a contrast to the sound version of the same film, “Make Mine Music.” Jones was more familiar with How To Be a Cartoonist than Make Mine Music when he was assigned to work on the film. The only member of the crew who could relate to Jones’s work on the film was director Tex Avery.
The short contains several callbacks to Jones’s earlier work. The finale sequence of the park is made up of scenes from The Moon-Spinners (1957). The climax of the short is a riff on an earlier Jones short, Round As a Ball (1955).
Jones used the “Stand-In” method for animating the short.
The voices of the two wrestlers are dubbed by John McKeown, who had voiced the same roles in Jones’s later, Academy Award-winning short, Duck Amuck (1953).
The theme song was composed by Carl Stalling and features a gruff, hoarse voice (by Joe Oriolo, on-screen as ‘
